What is the show trying to acheive?

A group of show directors and local farmers met up around the end of Covid restrictions in 2020, wanting to find a way to bring the community back together, after such a long period of isolation. Farming can be such a lonely industry, so the goal was to provide a place for businesses and farmers to come together and share the burdens of industry pressures.

How much does it cost to exhibit at the show?

All prices of stands by size/with extras can be found on the Book a Stand page.

Can I have power at my stand?

Yes! We will provide access to generators, if booked with a stand. You can see the power options on the Book a Stand page.

Can I have a marquee on my stand?

Yes! You can bring marquees to the show, we also have partnered with Tents and Events who can provide high quality marquee options for your stand. More details of this are available here.

Do you have picnic tables available for our stand?

Yes! We can provide these Free of Charge for your stand. To enquire, please drop Rob an email here.

Is there water access on site?

Yes! There is water access along the back of the field.

Can we bring refreshments to offer on our stand?

Yes! There are no restrictions on serving refreshments for your stand. We found last year, this really created a buzz around stands and provided an opportunity for great conversation over a bite or sip!

Will there be refreshments for our staff?

Yes! Just like last year, we’ll have a bar, tea and coffee station, ice cream stand and hot food stall.

When can we come to set up?

You can come to set up your stand from Monday 4th to start building your stand. If you need to access the site earlier, please contact Rob directly.

Is there security?

There will be security on site on the Wednesday and they will stay on for the Thursday, if you are unable to take your stand down on the Wednesday evening.

Am I able to put on a demonstration at the show?

Demonstration slots are available and must be booked directly with show director Rob. You can contact him here.

How should I promote my attendance at the show?

We do have creative assets available for use in email, social media and across your marketing. If you haven’t received access to these, please contact us.

Is WiFi available at the show?

No, we don’t have WiFi access at the show. However, we have strong 4G coverage in the showground.
